Each soft capsule contains Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg. Equivalent gamma-linolenic acid 100 mg. d-alpha-Tocopherol 5 mg. Equivalent Natural Vitamin E 7.5 IU 

Description: Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seed of the evening primrose plant It naturally contains a rich

source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which is responsible for normal functioning of multiple body systems. GLA is an omega-6 essential fatty acid, Human body cannot generate omega - 6 fatty acids therefore, the most effective way is to maintain adequate body stores either directly from food or via supplements. 

Indication: Premeo contains Evening Primrose Oil which reduces symptoms of premenstrual tension such as feelings of irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness and confusion. It also relieves hot flushes associated with menopause. 

Evening Primrose Oil also supports skin integrity and maintains general health and wellbeing 

Direction for use: Take 1 to 3 capsules a day, with water or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
